Employment Law: A burden or benefit?

The effectiveness of the UK’s employment legislation is hotly debated with some parties focusing on the need to protect employees whilst other parties believe that too much red tape stifles business and unfairly limits the actions of Employers. In May 2017, CIPD produced a report assessing whether employment regulation is a burden or a benefit in modern society. This infographic summarises their findings.
