The implementation of our Masterclass programme across the country has been a huge success with heavily attended training sessions in a number of different areas such as Leeds, Derby, Harrogate, Northumberland, Manchester, Hull and Cumbria.
With the nature of the childcare industry, we often get settings who book on to our workshops and then have to cancel at the last minute to maintain ratios, often as a result of staff shortages. If this is the case, we will always endeavour to arrange a 1 hour in setting session held at the individual setting where all staff are welcome to attend. These sessions are also funded so are offered completely free of charge.
